• UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
• International Delivery: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery dates are estimates only. WYE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

• Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized items cannot be returned
